2. Deposit Requirement
A deposit of 100% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation and is non-refundable.
3. Full Payment
No reservations will be held without full payment.
4. Payment Process
Payments will be processed through secure channels connected via TripConnect. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed. Please ensure that the credit card or payment account used for the transaction is in your name.
5. Currency
Currency conversion fees may apply if you're using a payment method that operates in a different currency.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to [your email address]. The following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus the deposit. Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival are non-refundable.
7. Changes to Reservation
If you would like to make any changes to your reservation, please contact us at [email protected]. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
8. No-Show Policy
In the unfortunate event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged, and the reservation will be considered canceled.
9. Charges for Additional Services
Any additional services requested (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, extra cleaning) will be charged to the original payment method at the time of service.
